The Colosseum was built in 80 ad by the architect Kvintiya Ateria. This attraction was built of brick, travertine, concrete, tufa and marble.
Hundreds of years ago in each of the three floors of the amphitheatre was not a single free space, when gladiators used to battle. In the second century the power of Rome had to build a fourth floor to the Colosseum accommodate all wishing to see the battles of brave warriors.
